One of my favorite places in Hawaii. Manoa Falls is full of beauty, mystery and danger (if you believe the promotional material found in the parking lot). For me it represents having the crap scared out of me by a man living in a tent in the middle of the bamboo forest, nearly getting arrested by an undercover cop for wading in the pool at the bottom of the falls, and now a 6 hour experience taking photos and getting one of the better workouts of the year.

So pretty! Why didn't you take us there?? Oh yeah, the scary mudslide potential. My favorite is the crazy rope plant (and leggy chick).
